Serenity Communities began with a simple question: What if we created a place where homes were right-sized, where neighbors knew each other’s names, and where life’s focus shifted from accumulation to connection?
This tiny home community in Little Rock emerged from a desire to create a place where people could thrive—financially, socially, and personally. We noticed that many people were seeking something different—a simpler lifestyle with more freedom and genuine community connections.
In 2025, we acquired just under two beautiful acres of land in Little Rock with the perfect blend of natural features and accessibility. Now, Serenity Communities is ready to welcome its first residents—pioneers who share our vision of intentional living and authentic community.

Where neighbors know and support each other, where sustainability is built into daily life, and where people have the freedom to pursue what truly matters to them.
